Return Window

You can return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Products must meet the following conditions:

  • ✅ Unused and unwashed
  • ✅ Original tags and packaging intact
  • ✅ No signs of wear or damage
  • ✅ Accompanied by original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear and intimate apparel
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"
  • Damaged or altered items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@pasoja.in or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer (share account details) within 5-7 business days

Exchange Policy

Yes! You can exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Products: FREE return pickup
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping charges may apply
