Return Window
You can return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Products must meet the following conditions:

- ✅ Original tags and packaging intact
- ✅ No signs of wear or damage
- ✅ Accompanied by original invoice
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
- Damaged or altered items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@pasoja.in or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and reason for return
- Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Bank transfer (share account details) within 5-7 business days
Exchange Policy
Yes! You can exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).
Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Products: FREE return pickup
- Change of Mind: Return shipping charges may apply
